Motorcycle Leather Product Details
Material & Construction
Our motorcycle leather is crafted from premium full-grain or top-grain cowhide, selected for its natural durability and abrasion resistance. It undergoes a specialized drum-dyeing process for deep, uniform color penetration. Reinforced stitching using high-tenacity nylon thread (e.g., Tex 70) is applied in high-stress areas, such as shoulders, elbows, and knees, with bar-tack stitching at critical points. Many styles feature CE-certified armor pockets at shoulders, elbows, and knees, compatible with Level 1 or Level 2 impact protectors. A removable thermal liner and ventilation systems (zippered vents, perforated panels) are often integrated for climate control.
